Setup was easy, batteries last a long time (unless put into a fridge/freezer), and accurate!
These use a single AAA battery, and depending on the location of the hub and the AAA battery used, they last a long time! The setup was easy using the app, and I do have it connected to Govee's cloud so I can access the Hygrometer Thermometer information when out of the house. The hub found the devices without issue, and I was able to add them. I like the Bluetooth feature, as these can be used without a hub, though using a hub is better for the longevity of batteries and WiFi access. I wish the hub included with this pack could have more than 10 devices connected to it, as I'd like to place more Hygrometer Themometers than just 10 of them. Another downside to the hub is that it will ONLY work with HS100s. I have one HS100 outside, then others inside the house in the Kitchen, living room, dining room, Bedroom, and Server Room (aka Spare Bedroom). I have alerts set for temperature and humidity for the server room, as my servers and network gear care a bit more about both! And I occasionally get alerts for both. As for accuracy, the Dining Room HS100 temperature matches very closely to the Thermostat that is in the same room, even though the Thermostat only does full F degrees and not partial. As for battery life, I am using Panasonic Eneloop and EBL AAA batteries. I have noticed that the EBL AAAs drain faster than Eneloop AAAs, so they need to be replaced more often and recharged. I placed one of the HS100s in my fridge, and the battery did not last long, maybe a month if I was lucky. So get the Govee Hygrometer Thermometer that requires three batteries if you want these in a fridge or Freezer. These were my first Govee devices, but I have now bought some light bulbs. I have found that Govee devices I purchased are very good quality, and I will buy more Govee devices, including more HS100s.

Easy Setup, Lots of Data
Easy setup, can trend data over time. Just got ever thing setup for wi - fi. Sensors are small about a tenth the size of other brand sensors. Tested remote access outside of home a mile away. Everything works! Nice feature is that you can calibrate each sensor for maximum accuracy to a known source. Cannot do this with common temp/humidity sensors. So you can get all the sensors reading the same. Using this as a remote system when I am away from home. Live at 7,000 ft and it can get cold in a hurry. I have a couple of weather systems and this was easiest to setup for remote monitoring. Data trending is great over a day, week, and month. Gave it 5 stars for easy setup, will see about reliability. Only gripe is you need a magnifying glass to read the manual. UPDATE 1 - Well it has been a week now. Spent a few days in Phoenix away from Flagstaff. Readings are reliable. Still 5 stars. UPDATE 2 - Well I added a second set of sensors and gateway. Now controlling 6 temp/humidity sensors. Called customer service which is a miracle as there a phone number; to see if a second gateway can be added. No problem it can.

Precise and easy to use
I really like these thermometer/hygrometers. They are quite precise, displaying temperature and humidity to the tenth. The historical data is fantastic as well, as it's easy to look at trends over hours, days, weeks, months, or the entire year. Although I've only had them for a couple months, so no long-term experience yet. Initially, I tried one in the RV freezer, one in the RF refrigerator, and one in the RV living room. Yes, there is an "RV" trend there. We are camping out in the RV while the house is remodeled. Anyway, we wanted to monitor the temps in the freezer and fridge zone to ensure they were cooling to the right levels. And they were. And yes, the signal worked right through the refrigerator doors. The base unit was placed about 15 feet away under the dinette (cause that's where the outlet is). :) As the season progressed and it got much colder, we were more concerned with the temperatures around the freshwater tank and the underbelly area. And we were right to be concerned. The freshwater tank or the feed from the tank to the pump froze when we had the cold snap in early December (Oregon). How do I know it was the tank or tank line to the pump? Well, our RV has a feed hose with a cutoff valve right before the pump. So, I filled a bucket of water, put the feeder hose in the bucket, and ran the pump. Pressured right up and the sinks worked. So, frozen tank or feed line. Anyway, we skirted the RV with cellular foam board, put a small space heater underneath with a thermal switch, and placed the thermostats. One thermostat was hung under the frame in the now enclosed underside of the RV. One in the pump area with all the crazy water lines. And one just outside the RV hanging from an external panel. The lanyards came in handy for that. We were happy to see the underbelly temps come slowly back up above freezing. At this moment (22 Dec 22), it's 36.9 degrees in the underbelly, and 10.4 degrees just on the outside of the RV. And yes, the water unfroze, and everything works again. Yay! We carefully checked for any leaks and were happy to not find any. So, we really like the sensors. They are connected over our home network, so I can check them anywhere, anytime. The Govee app is nice and easy to use, and it's easy to add the devices. I did get one bum battery that died in the first week, but that inconsequential. The others are running strong. And they work fine with our Eneloop rechargeables. Small, precise, and wireless. Good stuff.

Good Solid, easy to use product.
I bought four of these in order to better monitor the interior temperatures of my multi story home. The interface with my iPhone was pretty easy and with the exception of having to change batteries every so many months the system works flawlessly. It provides room temp at any time plus various reports on humidity, temp fluctuation history etc. It's not going to predict the weather for you but its a decent product and I'm finding them very helpful. FYI I use these since I installed, in addition to my boiler, mini splits for air conditioning and heat. They allow me to keep an eye on all aspects of my homes temperature.

Definintely not a scientific device. Utterly unreliable
Bought the Govee 5100's with the gateway (x2) in addition to extra 5100's to monitor snake enclosures. Obviously a bit of an esoteric use but regardless, well within the indications of these sensors and functionality. Set-up is incredibly easy. The Govee app feels like you are about to play a video game rather than set up a system of sensors and other connected devices. Not quite the streamlined professional appearance but it's fine for what it is. The sensors connect to the app seamlessly (initially) and then connect to the gateway and wifi easily. No complaints at all. Unfortunately, I don't believe anyone buys these devices so that they can connect them to an app and then walk away. These are monitoring devices for a specific use. While these devices are not lab certified equipment (I trained in biochemistry and molecular biology), they are advertised to measure within reasonable accuracy. And here is ONE aspect where this product utterly fails. When I set these up, I noticed that I was getting readings that varied by 1-2 degrees F between sensors that were nearly side by side. I then bought a thermometer with an NIST certificate to measure against these devices. This more or less confirmed that they are accurate within typically +/- 1 degree F. For what I need it for, I decided that this was acceptable so I continued using the sensors. BUT......after about 2-3 months of using these sensors and gateways I started to notice that monitoring the snake enclosures remotely was becoming less reliable despite no changes in my home wifi network. Since I travel a lot for work, remote monitoring is considered essential for me and a large reason I bought this set-up. More and more frequently, when I tried to update the sensors remotely the wifi would not update through the gateway. THEN, I started to notice some of the sensors would not update despite the wifi gateway updating the other sensors (I'm using around 12-14 sensors). The battery would indicate full yet the sensors were not updating. Changing the battery would only fix the problem about half of the time. Deleting the device from the app and reinstalling it would fix it about half of the time. The problem though is that some of these sensors would just completely stop being found by bluetooth when you try to reinstall them. Govee support has been responsive and has agreed to replace the sensors (I have still to actually receive replacements) but honestly I have no trust or confidence in these sensors and am going to probably eat the money and find something else that is reliable. I don't need laboratory accuracy but I do need to trust that when I am away the sensors I am using are actually working, are going to work and are going to last longer than a couple months. Overall, definitely would NOT recommend this unless Govee makes some real changes.

Govee Hygrometer/Thermometer sensors work well (7+ months so far)
I have been using these for a little over 7 months now in my vacation condo in Florida and they work well to keep track of temp and humidity levels. Setting them up is not terribly difficult (once you setup the 1st one the rest are easy to setup). App works well and it has useful charts of temp/humidity levels over time. If I ever need to buy more, I will definitely purchase Govee hygrometer/thermometer sensors. So far they work great and through the app I can keep an eye on everything to avoid high humidity (to avoid mold issues from arising).

Great support after purchase(2yr later)
I picked up a set of Govee humidity and temp sensors to help me keep my house safer in Jan of 24. I love them, they're great little sensors, they were easy to set up and use. Unfortunately the gateway just up and stopped working a little over a week ago. I contacted Govee support hoping to be able to buy JUST a replacement gateway. Well, they don't sell just the gateway, but... I was a little surprised when they offered to just send me a replacement. Ok, Great. Problem solved. Now imagine how surprised, and very pleasantly so I might add, when they sent me a whole new SET, the gateway and 3 sensors. I will Definitely be looking at Govee to fulfill more of my smart home sensing and lighting needs in the future.

Works good - the H5151 (included) is a must if you want to monitor/poll these remotely
I bought these 3 headless thermo-hydrometers so that I could monitor every room in a small second home that I'm often away from. This product listing includes the H5151 wifi gateway that allows them to be monitored remotely beyond Bluetooth range. You can buy more without the gateway under a different listing. Which is what I did to get a total of 6 H5100s. The app is nice but has some serious shortcomings (for this product and for others but I'll only mention those related to this product). For example, you are not alerted when the battery level is low or the H5100 stop working/connecting in general. I usually find out from the Alexa app, or if I just happened to notice the last contact/polled date/time for the device. This really needs attention and I have mentioned it already to tech support. You do get alerts (if you have them enabled) for when temperature or relative humidity falls outside your set thresholds, but even here they could take direction from the competition and support setting the alerts based on an inner range (between 2 values) or outer range (below a value or above another value). Other products achieve this with a simple reverse switch. or Govee you can set a min and a maximum which is not ideal. I want to get an alert when for instance, the temperature drops below a certain value or is above a certain value. The interface seems to indicate that is how the alerts work, but based on the alerts I'm receiving, it is not the case. With their support of not only temperature and relative humidity but also dew point and VPD, likely these would be of more value to growers. Update: I’m getting low battery alerts (at least on my iPhone not seeing them on the Android) now so giving back a star. Removed another star: These go through a good quality battery every month now. Not worth the trouble when competition has comparable units where the battery last 6+ months.
