It was ok but lost its plump look quite quick

Wow what a waste of money this has turned out to be. It is nothing like pictured in terms of the thickness of it. It came vacuum packed so I thought it will fill up once it has been out for 24 hours. Well 24 hours have gone by and it is still limp and thin - not even an inch in thickness without any sturdiness at all. I am very unhappy but now caught between a rock and a hardplace because I have no other topper to put on the bed and guests are arriving within the hour. My brother in law has arthritis and I needed something to make sure he did not feel the springs of the mattress on the bed. It is a relatively new mattress but as it is the spare bed I was not overy concerned about getting a really expensive mattress and therefore thought the ideal answer would be a mattress topper; particularly since he is staying two weeks. It looks thick and luxurious from the picture but I can assure you it is anything but and I am going to have to use it at least for tonight as I have nowhere to buy one where I live. It is just awful when companies try to mislead you about their products with either the write up or the picture. I do not recommend this product or this company and would suggest you do not waste your money unless you want a very cheap topper just to keep the mattress clean as it does not offer anything in the way of comfort imo. I will not be buying fro them again.

Fits well, and is comfortable to sleep on

Looks and feels really nice, slept like a log and couldn’t feel the springs, just hope it lasts.
