Incredible thought provoking book.
Incredible thought provoking book. It not only tells us what mentally strong people don't do, it also helps us realise if we are doing it, with check list of questions directed towards us. The writer is a psychotherapist and is evident with the in depth judgement of human character based on ones thoughts and behaviour. Everyone would have done these 13 things at various levels at some point of their lives without realising its effects, this book will make yourself aware of it when you do them so you can stop it right there. Glad I read it.

Must read
So, yeah I'm writing this review after reading this amazing novel. I took long time to complete this because wasn't getting much time in busy schedule. But surely saying that once I started reading this book I got to feel changes in my lifestyle, I start acting differently, small things doesn't affecting me much now. Two things here, book is amazing must read book. Secondly if you're not intended to apply teaching of this book then it's totally in vain.
