Unfortunately, this product turned out to be a major disappointment. Here's why I cannot recommend it:1. Build Quality: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)The first issue I encountered was with the overall build quality of this cordless screwdriver. It felt cheap and flimsy right out of the box. The plastic housing felt like it could break with minimal pressure, which is a major concern for a tool that's meant to endure rugged use.2. Battery Life: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)The two included batteries were supposed to offer extended usage, but they barely lasted long enough for a small DIY project. It's incredibly frustrating to have to constantly stop to recharge or swap batteries, especially when working on larger tasks. The lackluster battery life severely hampers the tool's practicality.3. It’s very useful and handy product for light duty works

After using it almost 3 years now I can recommend this for a family. It can useful for small home and casual repairs.Great Drill just you have to upgrade batteries if you want just buy some 18650 and add them in batteries of this drill. It have 2000mAh battery and you can add 5000mAh just in 200 Rs per battery.Power is enough for household work.Kit have almost everything you need in a small home.Just don’t try it like a pressure nut wrench it is just 12 volt drill.

For domestic purpose .Some items of the product were found missing/not included in the box.

Superb product, easy to use and handle for any home at this price. Other products available are too costly though their work is same. Interested may go for it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:All parts was old and having rust

Satisfied with dilivery and the product but not happy with the spare battery . Iw has already been used and replaced by others for water damage 😒 I'm a mecanic and have a knowledge of electronic gadgets whis is seal and which is not .. so as i see thers no sear in battery i feel something fishy which intended me to disassemble and got this .Note : we bought by money why given us bad products or spare we closed our eyes and trust you but everywhere fruad this lead me not to buy online products again 🥺
