I am super impressed with the quality of these kaffir lime leaves. They arrived in a stay fresh pouch and were uncrumpled, uncrushed and whole-and, so, so fragrant.I wasn't completely sure what I could expect from a dried leaf but when I opened the pouch and looked inside and saw these beautiful green leaves and the aroma hit my nose, I knew I had made the right decision in ordering them.I have made green curry paste without them in the past, but this time I decided to go on ahead and add them and oh my goodness! I get it.If you want your Thai green curry to taste authentic, then you definitely will be needing to add kefir lime leaves. The distinctive taste is unmistakably Thai and yes, it is what was missing from my previous attempts at Thai green chili.

Bought about a year ago when I was going through a Thai phase.Used about half the package then put it aside for a while. I decided to make a Thai jerky recently and used this, Thai chilis, galangal, dried shallots, and fish sauce for the marinades.The lime flavor was very pronounced, both in the grinder and the finished jerky so the product held its flavor after opening.Will buy again.

If you re hydrate in warm water for 20 minutes, this is usable. Good aroma. You will need to fish out the leaves as the stalks will remain hard.

I love Thai curries but cannot find kaffir line locally so this has been a great addition to my kitchen and enabled me to make much tastier green curry. I love having these on hand

The media could not be loaded. Product arrived quickly, nice packaging, it’s a product of Thailand, it’s organic, non-GMO, gluten free and vegan. The expiration date on the bag is Dec. 2024 I haven’t tried it in my Tom Yum soup yet but I did put a leaf in my tea (yes, these leaves smell amazing) I thought it was pretty good. Smells really nice and fresh. As I’m reading the back of the bag there are some really good health benefits from the kaffir lime leaf. Such as it’s ability to promote oral health, detoxify the blood, boost skin health, improved digestion, ward off insects, lower inflammation, aid the immune system, reduce stress and improve the health of hair I don’t know I’m really pleased with this purchase I’m sure I’ll be buying more as I said the quality is excellent.
