Great taste and decent quantity
Love love love this! Great and good value for money imo. The taste is great only thing is you need to sift it to blend in batters and creams evenly.

Fantastic Strawberry flavour
I used it when making home made Greek yoghurt. Once I’d incubated the yoghurt, I added it with the powder in a bowl whilst warm. Allowed to cool thoroughly then strain. It took longer to strain properly but the result was fantastic. The flavour was amazing and so I bought another bag. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for in this case.

Healthy with NO ADDITIVES
I use this to flavour yogurt. It is additive free and great when fresh strawberries are out of season. Healthy and delicious.

Clumps up
I bought this to put in coconut water but it's already a bit clumpy in the packet and so I had to sieve it into my cup each time which was a pain. I thought this was normal until I tried another brand and it's completely smooth with no clumps at all. It tastes nice though.
