When friends borrow it, I have to ask to get it back because they enjoy the results so much.ADVICE...Always remember to turn it off or you will most assuredly run the battery out.

I have suffered from severe spasms in my back, shoulder and hip FOR YEARS!!! I used to be a type A, energetic and active lunatic who went to doing nothing but watching Netflix. I use this to find and treat trigger points. It has been an amazing tool. The school where I learn Thai yoga massage uses them too. Its invaluable in my practice.

Instructions are worthless. Included parts that are not even addressed in instructions. Even on high didn’t feel a thing. Back it goes.
