Walker Products 15253A Carburetor Kit

I used this kit to rebuild the stock single barrel carburetor in a 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback with a 250 cubic inch, inline 6 cylinder engine. This is an extremely thorough kit that comes with more than enough to rebuild this very basic carburetor. Great product.

This is a Autolite1100 Carburator rebuild kit that does the job. I bought this kit because it was made in the USA.

Did the job in failing gasket set

bit pricey but fit was great and all the pieces youd ever need for rebuilding including clips and check balls.

After snapping my fuel filter while removing the carb, this kit had everything I needed for a relatively quick (1-2 hours) rebuild of the carburetor. Took me longer to hook up the choke links than to actually rebuild it.

I have bought two of these kits to rebuild two Autolite 1100 carbs I have for my 65 Mustang 200ci I6. It includes the checkballs, clips, and gaskets I needed to rebuild my spare Autolite 1100.It was the first time I have ever rebuilt a carb and this kit + the ford shop manual, for the adjustments, really made it easy. I tore it down, cleaned it, replaced what I needed, and had it back together in a few hours.I still need to rebuild/replace the gaskets on the carb on my car, but I can use my rebuilt spare while I rebuild the one on my car.

Kit includes all check balls but does not include cylindrical shaped weight for #3 checkball.. most 1100 autolite carbs have already been rebuilt by a " shade tree" and might be missing said weight! Overall decent kit with all gaskets but not "totally complete "
