I have a 3M Under Sink Water Filter Model A1 in my RV. I was having trouble locating a replacement filter. Every RV dealer I talked to, told me it MUST be a 3M replacement and that I would not be able to substitute any other filter for it, yet NO ONE had a 3M filter in stock. So here was my issue. I was determined to find something I could use. Along came this replacement and based on the product description, it stated that it was a replacement. I was skeptical seeing as so many people told me it needed to be the 3M version but to my happiness this product fit perfectly.
