Does the belt have wire straps ?

Unfortunately, no. However the Pacsafe neck pouch does have wire (anti-theft) straps and you can even adjust it to fit around your waist as a waist wallet.

Does this have one zipped or 2 zipped compartments ? I already have a passage moneybelt which has 2 zipped compartments and would like another

Only one zipped compartment. It is just big enough to put in iPone XRE.

Can this fit an Auvi-Q and inhaler?

I would say yes I have used this back pack only for 15 day trips to the orient several times it’s very well made and hold more that you think.
