Working well
The seller did a good job by also providing a rat cover that we can stick with included heavy duty double tape. The washer and dryer functions are good. LED light is an unique feature that comes in handy. The 12-minute cycle is good too. Air Dry function is just enough most of the time without consuming too much power in heating and it will result in soft feeling clothes upon drying. Most of the functions are well chosen and do their job well.

Difficult to repair toshiba
I have purchased this in 2022. It started giving e50, e64 error. The factory location is Gurugram last 3 months I'm waiting to get it fixed. No coordination between CRM and service center. Display pcb,door lock, inverter PCB multiple parts are damaged . Seems like I have lost 55 thousand by buying such inferior quality stuff

It’s okay when you can manage with few washing programs
Machine works fine and doesn’t have much sound as well.Only thing is there are only few programs to wash your clothes, like cotton, mix, hand wash and 12 min quick wash. Apart from quick wash, cycles are too big for all the washes.Haven’t used the dryer yet but washer works fine, only drawback is timings and the cycles.

Smooth working, Silent! Gives result!
Though I have not purchased through Amazon, but would like to give review, as product is really good! Wash quality is very good. Only we need to follow the instructions as given. Installation was smooth and technician did all that he can for smooth installation. But don't go by over confidence or technician, do read the manual for proper understanding!
