I absolutely love the concept. However it needs a different design... The first one broke within 5 minutes... We will see how long the other one last. But because the base of the cord comes out where the screw is to attach it to your machine is very fragile

After hearing everyone's review if there's no ground there's no power must ground properly need a good ground and the pen clip hook it onto power it works perfectly it is a little dim but its what I order so I'll had to say deal with it.. but it's fine and I'll make it work

As soon as I installed both lights and was about to start tattooing they both broke. Probably because there is absolutely nothing securing the wire and it's just a tiny little wire. This item doesn't work and is a complete rip off. Buy at own risk

Nice but could have a steady light scorce all yhe time. Sometimes it starts to dim and get in the way of the tube. Battery power would be a little more convenient
