Works Great As Mini Power Station
This unit is exactly as described, nothing less, maybe slightly more impressive than expected.I was able to power a portable fridge for over 18 hours using the DC "cigarette lighter" port. I'm also able to use the USB-C PD 100W output to power an HP laptop with a USB-C to HP "blue tip" cable without having to go from the AC ports, to the DC converter for the laptop charger. I can use almost all of the ports simultaneously, with the exceptions as noted clearly in the owners manual, so no surprises came up.I do love the handle on the rear/bottom of the unit, makes carrying it much easier. The AC output is definitely as powerful as claimed, but also no more powerful than claimed. I also have an EcoFlow River Pro and similarly, it works exactly to specs. So nice work on EcoFlow's part in ensuring they didn't over promise on the capabilities of their products. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be storage for cables. While it would make the unit more bulky, even some rugged bag would be better than the nothing it comes with. Nothing might be harsh, but the cardboard box doesn't seem like a long term solution. An included storage/carrying bag for the charger and associated cables would be ideal for this thing, without having to shop for one after the fact.

Light, powerful, portable power
I have several Ecoflow devices, this is the newest edition to my collection. I keep it on the nightstand to charge phone and ipads, or to plug nothing else into the standard outlets on the side since it’s tough to reach the outlet on the wall behind the nightstand. Ecoflow power banks are great because you can recharge them super fast, several power outlets including USB-C and wireless charging on top for my phone, and I can recharge it with my solar panel for free power. Highly recommend!

Love the product but.. UPDATE 6/1/24
I have two delta pros to back up my house absolutely love them so I thought I would try one of the river minis. It works as well as delta pros, app is nice to check levels while I use it for my 12 volt fridge on day trips. However when camping or boondocking this fan noise is pretty loud. I didn’t realize how loud it was compared to my old jackery 300 which was silent. Other than the fan noise I love the fast charging over 250 watts and how fast it charges using the 12 volt cigarette lighter right at 100 watts.Update 6/1/24Unit failed it works fine but bdi doesn’t display correct percentage and dies randomly after charging it. Still inputs 250 watts at the wall and 100 in solar just stopped reading correctly. I reached out to ecoflow and they sent me out a river 2 max for the replacement big props to ecoflow for taking care of me

The typical coin flip Chinese product
I've been through multiple River Mini's. Several returns and exchanges. They work well when they work. I've had one with absolutely no issues. When there are issues they range from bugs to completely borked. Some have minor glitchy behaviors like random AC shutoff regardless of timeout settings. The most recent one was a total failure where the battery will no longer hold any charge so now it's just a glorified power strip. I think this a case of theoretically good parts with Chinese quality control.

This Eco Flow Product is a FAIL - Owner of many of these
I own quite a few EcoFlow products and other "Solar Generators" and this one goes down as a FAIL and a returned product for me.The lack of higher and USB A plugs in not desirable at all today and the chipsets for this would fit in this enclosure. So many things today won't even charge via 1 amp, and I have pocket battery banks with more/better ports than this. Was OK with this when I ordered it as it is documented, but it really is not good.My main issue with this is an issue with a LOT of the EcoFlow products and it is the noise. There are fans in the device similar to almost all of them in the market, but the frequency and load that the fans turn on is not acceptable. When you are really charging or discharging the device hard, fans are to be expected, but not when the device is idle or being lightly used. Watching a movie and charging your phone at a tiny 10 watts - fan is going to cycle on/off during the movie. Device just sitting there doing nothing - fan still cycles all the time. Plug the bank in and charge it - fan comes on... that is fine, but leave the device plugged in for use as a UPS or standby power/charge- fan cycles on and off all the time. So you can not have this unit in any area where you need it to be quiet, like the room you sleep in or a quit office/living room. Also, be wary using this device outdoors as that fan will suck in dirt when you least expect it because it will turn the fan on when you don't expect it.Look for the EcoFLow products that say they have quite charging and avoid the others if noise is any issue to you. The Inverter/Charger circuit they use is great for its quick change rate and high inverter rating, but it must run very hot all the time. I have many other power banks and most DO NOT do this to the extent the EcoFLow products do.
