Surprisingly useful! Having both plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, I was looking for something that would help me stretch my legs and feet, but not be limited to just one kind of pull/stretch. Well, it works, and it helps my hips too. The user guide has actual clear understandable instructions on the different stretches that I can do with it. Liked it enough to buy my hubby his own so I can keep mine next to the bed. It’s soft in the hand, and feels well made, haven’t had any issues with it pulling apart.

The sent the item color incorrect. Box said the color I ordered and item inside was different color. Otherwise product seems ok
