Stitch makes Coffee so much better
This is the replacement cup, as the first one broke from an unexpected experience with gravity. I like the volume of liquids it can contain, but use a cup warmer to keep the cup/contents warm as I drink, as I sip coffee not gulp it. It also is a very good size for a single serving of ice cream. The first Stitch mug was purchased in a mall store, this one from Amazon was cheaper and made by the same company. Good color, nice finish, good weight to cup. Goes great with the Ohana cup also from Amazon.

Huge capacity
These things are huge. I can get 2 large portions in my Keurig coffee maker in them. They are pretty cute and have lasted, without changing all this time.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Well... it was everything I'd wanted... and NOT at the same time.I've been desperately wanting a new/replacement ceramic coffee mug something in the 20 fl. oz. size ever since my beloved white with gold marbling rapidly degraded before I even had a chance to fully enjoy it, and since then I've been trying-- and failing miserably --to find a suitable replacement with featured design art I could proudly show off, but anytime I'd come across something I thought would nicely fit the bill there would always be some "issue" that would immediately disqualify it, most commonly the art designs were either perfect or at least comfortably acceptable, but there would *ALWAYS* be some sort of setback because of the cups themselves -- either they would be WAY TOO SMALL (12 oz & under) or, most infuriatingly, they would be printed with that obnoxious Heat-Activated "MORPHING" artwork! (as if nobody wanted their mug art to be showing ALL of the time, regardless of the vessel's contents... or "lack" thereof)After several unenthusiastic "compromises" (usually resulting in mugs sizes that barely held 15 oz. / 400-ish ml.), still unable to find anything closely resembling near-exactly what I've been searching for, I recently began stumbling across items offered by "SILVER BUFFALO" which, even though they too were unable to provide me with certain size/design combinations similar to what I'd been hoping for, presented quite the variety of design and size options that would've made it somewhat likely that I'd be able to find "SOMETHING" that I might be proud to use and have on display.First to catch my notice was a particular Sanrio "Hello Kitty" standard design mug that was just too cute to pass up (unfortunately, the one I would received somehow managed to slip by Quality Assurance and was shipped out with a notable defect... but that's for another story); after more perusing of the "Silver Buffalo Store," I found this "Lilo and Stitch" mug which, while not wild enthusiasm-inspiring, somehow spoke to me. (Mind you, I'm nobody's fan of anything pumped out by Disney animation studios: "Lilo and Stitch" is the ONLY true exception... and me being from Hawaii, and having been far-far from Home for well over a decade now, this unquestionably has considerable influence on my open embracing & acceptance of the story and its characters.)Rarely will you ever see a promotional photograph of a product where the artwork will appear equally as crisp & clean on the actual delivered product -- somehow "Silver Buffalo" wasn't paying attention in class that day, because they managed to do the EXACT OPPOSITE here ~ the photos they posted definitely do not do this mug proper justice!Even so, I still had some concerns about the item, mainly in regard to its sturdiness: while it is indeed big enough to fit the bill on my size requirement point (holding a total of 21 fl. oz. / 625 ml. to-the-brim capacity), the expectation would be that it'd be thick and heavy -- IT'S NOT! This mug is very thin and almost feather-light, which would reasonably cause concern about its fragility potential... so I dare not accidentally knock it against anything solid, let alone drop it!Again, because of its thinness and weight, my next major area of concern would be how well it could hold up when put under the rigors of hot beverage containment & concoction. Everything seemed stable enough when being put through the first few initial uses where kettle-heated hot water was being used; but I would not be able to consider it a "Pass" until it could prove that it could withstand the stresses associated with my unique coffee preparation routine -- and I'm happy to say that this mug, as fragile as it looks and feels, performs these tasks admirably, without even the slightest "Rice Crispies" playback and no visible cracking.I do however have a huge problem with the "handle": while aesthetically appealing, giving the mug an original flair, it is horribly ergonomically UNFRIENDLY, and calling it awkward is an understatement to say the least -- but I guess that's going to have to be the trade-off for adopting such an eye-grabbing conversation piece.Considering that BOTH items I'd ordered from "Silver Buffalo" were defective in some way (with this one, there was a small piece of the enamel chipped out along the rim, but since it appears stable and resistant to expanding I decided not to report it as a problem), I get the impression that Quality Control may be somewhat lacking in their production lines and that they should perhaps be devoting more time and attention to assuring that product gets packaged and goes out as unblemished as possible.
