Great product…Great people!
OUTSTANDING! Solid product, backed up by a solid company, staffed with solid customer service representatives. The Breg sling is made extremely well. I have been using mine since the day of my rotator cuff/biceps tenodesis surgery….now, five weeks past. Comfortable and easily adjusted. I have tried the over the shoulder, as well as, the ‘harness’ style strap models and each has it’s own advantages. Was concerned about the single strap design, but the additional adjustable pad on the single strap sling made it more comfortable than I thought possible. The true ‘winner’ in this transaction will be you, however, as the folks (Alysa) at Brace Direct were more than accommodating throughout my order and error in shipping address, as well as, their very generous policy regarding my unboxed/unused return after my shipping address error. Brace Direct’s timely, personable, and very courteous communications have made me a true believer in this company and their products. I would not hesitate, and very probably will, purchase from them in the future. ‘Thanks’, Brace Direct, for a job well done! (Nope…I’m not an employee, nor a ‘paid’ reviewer :) …just a very satisfied customer!)

Poor poor instructions not self adjustable don't buy
For me this works but it is simply designed and the instructions are very confusing as are all online videos. Adjustment length/height is totally non-intuitive and confusing and the illustrations in the instructions are what you would expect for a poorly thought out instruction packet. Ye they have toll fee numbers to call and supposedly trainers available to help, but this sling is not adjustable by the user either while wearing or even if you have some mobility in your bad arm. For the price I expected superior, clear instructions and self adjustment. It works, but very disappointed and not at all worth the price. Would be so simple to include real instructions or a clear online video. Oh well.

Needed sling following surgery
I’m not very mechanically inclined so I found it difficult to put on even though I checked YouTube videos

Great upgraded sling IMO
this brace was a game changer as i am a bigger person and the neck strap was digging into my neck with the sling shot #2 sling. the design of the slingshot #3is a great up grade i highly recommend the three over the two

right rear shoulder adjuster
I had surgery on my right shoulder. The adjustable piece on the back near the right shoulder bade is in a very bad location. It can't be relocated. When you are sitting or lying down it presses on the shoulder causing pain.

If you have need for a long-term sling, this one is for you!
I've been 14 days in this sling with more time to go! The system is comfortable, easy to get on & off, and it stabilizes the upper extremity and shoulder extremely well My Doctor told me the cost was about $100, so I was surprised to see the $220+ price, but no matter! This sling is worth the price. I am required to sleep in the sling, and I've had no discomfort while sleeping. You'll need to ensure the squeeze ball doesn't fall out, but I use it all day long, so I can easily keep track of its whereabouts! Advice: PRACTICE putting this on and taking it off before you need it. Also, there are 2 wedges included. Use the wedge appropriate for the right or left side.

Unhappy coustomer
Piece of crap! It has been 1 month since my shoulder surgery and I STILL cannot get it to fit right. Nurses could not even figure it out. Reading the directions and watching countless YouTube videos did not help either. Too many straps and velcro. EVERY time I took it off I heard velcro ripping away and struggled to get a fit. Finally purchased a cheap mesh sling and it is SO much easier to take on and off AND much more comfortable. Clearly not worth the price.

Poorly designed for comfort
The inside of arm sling has rough edges and heavy stitching that rubs on the arm causing discomfort. The ring on the shoulder strap cannot be adjusted an puts pressure on the back when seated or laying down. Finally, it cannot be adjusted by the wearer, definately a two person job to adjust it. Not a great profuct desigb for the money
