This model is meant to make shredding easier and faster. However it took me a who day to shred a small pile as the auto feeder just didn’t work and the machine kept over heating every minute or so, I ended up returning.

Très facile d’utilisation, silencieux, pas de bourrage. Il n’est clairement pas fait pour une utilisation intensive toute la journée mais vous pouvez clairement l’utiliser pour détruire quelques centaines de feuilles tout au long d’une journée. Parfait pour détruire des documents sensibles dans un cabinet médical par exemple. Permet à la secrétaire de vaquer à d’autres tâches quand la machine fonctionne. Seul bémol, beaucoup de confettis se dispersent quand l’on retire le bac pour le vider. A voir après plusieurs mois d’utilisation

La distruggidocumenti funziona perfettamente, riguardo quelli che si lamentano del surriscaldamento, volevo precisare che tutte le distruggidocumenti si surriscaldano se usate continuamente per tenti minuti e comunque nelle istruzioni è specificato che la macchina ha bisogno di raffreddarsi se funziona continuativamente per più di 8 minuti ed è specificato anche come mantenere gli ingranaggi e quindi il rumore utilizzando i fogli lubrificanti una volta ogni 3 cestelli. Basta leggere le istruzioni prima di usarla. Credo che proprio per i motivi di surriscaldamento che hanno queste macchine la versione da 60 fogli sia il compromesso migliore in quanto non mette sotto sforzo più di tanto la macchina. Io mi ci trovo bene ogni tanto si inceppa un foglio ma sicuramente meglio di quelle manuali se devi distruggere tanti fogli. Consiglio di non caricarne 60 ma un po meno tipo 40/50 alla volta e vedrete che non avrete particolari problemi ne di rumore ne di surriscaldamento.

We’ve been using ours for several months, mainly to deal with the personal effects of a serious “hoarder”. It is small enough to be stored easily and transported to where it is needed, but big enough to shred several loads of paper quickly. The feeder means you can load it and get on with something else while it does the shredding, then empty it, then run it again. I’ve used a similar one from a different manufacturer where the blades became badly clogged, but this one doesn’t suffer from that at all. When it eventually stops to avoid overheating, it’s best to leave it a while to fully cool down. Otherwise the gaps between stops seem to get progressively shorter. We use oil sachets to keep it lubricated, and they seem to clear out any remaining scraps of paper in the cutters. To empty it, you lift the entire shredder off the bin. Some reviews say it is heavy to lift, but we’ve found putting it on a kitchen worktop means it is just the right hight to make it easy to lift the shredder off the bin. Very pleased with it.

Una semana usándola y muy contento con ella, al tener papel acumulado el primer día se ha sobre calentado algo, pero ella misma se para y se reinicia cuando la temperatura baja. El cajón de recogida se llena enseguida, pero si quieres que ocupe poco es normal. En cuanto a la destrucción de papel es perfecta, puedes destruirlo manualmente de 5 en 5 paginas o de forma automática de 60 en 60. El ruido que hace es menos que la maquina que tenía anteriormente que era manual. En definitiva 5 estrellas.

Good for small home office shredded over a ream of paper in batches on the day it arrived. Over headed a few times and jammed once. Good value at the discounted price I paid of around £87 normal retail price is a bit steep I think. Good shredder if you occasionally want to shred say 30 to 100 sheets (takes up to 60 at a time but works better with 30 to 40 sheets at a time I found). If lots of shredding daily probably not meant for that (as the box indicates).60 sheets at a time is seems a bit of a strain on it I think having shredded a ream of paper on the day it arrived, in batches. It needed to cool down in between batches before it would automatically start shredding again when doing more than one batch of 60 sheets. It seems to easily cope with 30 to 40 sheets at a time no problem without jamming or overheating and 30 to 40 sheets takes about 4 minutes (roughly 8 seconds a sheet). The flat feed shredders I now think work better as they shred one sheet at a time which is less strain in the machine than trying to shred 3,4, 8,12 sheets in one cut. Teeth will probably last longer with less jamming plus you don't have to stand there feeding it!. Seems true so far!
