Wow, excellent service! I recommend them very highly
I received the remote very fast. It was not compatible with my wallpack. I wrote to them as requested and they replied in less than 24 hours. They are sending me a replacement. I have since received the replacement and it works perfectly. Excellent service. Kudos to them.

Doesn’t link up with my unit
I ordered two remotes. The first order didn’t match specs. The second was supposed to match, negative! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
