The stuffed animal seems cute. However, I read the instructions in Spanish where it said to warmUp for up to 15 minutes instead of 15 seconds and almost burned my entire kitchen. Will you fix this? I don’t want anyone else to do this. When someone is with a newborn, sometimes you don’t even think through the instructions, you just follow them. Would you send me a replacement?

My newborn had terrible gas when she was first born and was always fussy and straining. This was really the only thing that helped. Pair this with bicycle kicks/motions and your baby will feel better I promise!

We won't be using the product. The odor was so strong that the adults' eyes were watering and the baby started crying! It received a 2 star because it was cute. Maybe we can figure out something to do with it.

Very easy to use and the herbs sac smells really nice when heated. My baby did not get too much relief from it but it’s not bad to have on hand as a general heating pad.
