Very disappointed
We had been looking forward to receiving the Air Fryer, and after much research we settled on the Philips model as it was thought to be the best model according to the ratings. We were very disappointed when after receiving it, it stopped working within 20 minutes. We live in Portugal, and had waited a long time for its arrival from the USA, and now we had all the problems of packaging it up to send it back to Amazon I must say that Amazon was fantastic, as soon as they knew what had happened they authorised it to be returned and refunded us. The total cost was close to $400 with all associated costs and we received the credit within 5 days, for which we were very relieved. Full marks to Amazon, pity about the reliability of the Philips machine. We paid for the Cookbook as it was very good and will come in handy if we decide to buy again.

One of the better ones!!
This is really one of the best Air Fryer cookbooks that I have seen and downloaded. And it is free (right now anyway). I don't have a Phillips Air fryer but you can use these recipes for any of the air fryers. I really like the format of the recipes and they are easy to follow. It is written in American measurements so if you are from the USA you don't have to try to convert from the metric measurements. And most of the cookbooks I have, all have about the same recipes in them. This one has some that I haven't seen in a Air Fryer cookbook before. There are some really great dessert recipes too. Some are everyday type foods and some are a little different so there is something for everyone.I did see a couple typos but nothing that I couldn't work around and figure out. I highly recommend this cookbook and I will definitely use this one!!

How to cook easily and healthy.
I needed recipes that were specifically formulated for the philips air fryer. This makes it so much easier for me. Now i love my airfryer even more.

A Fryer that uses little or No fat/oil.
Love frying with no or little fat. It makes everything. We especially like to make French fries, onion rings and fish. Wish it Was larger for our family size. This is one of the best purchases we have ever made.

Great cookbook but...
This was such a hard book for me to rate. I mean, it's full of so many recipes that I think people in general want to make. The food sounds good, the ingredients are readily available, and the directions most of the time are clear. What I don't like is there is not an accompanying photo of the food, and some of the recipes have you using the stove top too. GASP! I feel like if your write an air fryer cookbook, your recipes should only use the air fryer. Maybe I expect too much? Also, I think you're missing a huge market to label this a "Phillips" air fryer cookbook. I have an air fryer, but not a Phillips. You can definitely make these recipes in other air fryers too. The amount of recipes you get is above and beyond, and the quality of recipes I think are superior to other cookbooks by name worthy chefs. I'm looking at you Todd English. I say definitely buy this book, but to the author, please take my suggestions into consideration for your next book.

This is a piece of marketing material for Phillips airfryer.
Not a real cook book. The recipes are impractical, take a long time to make, and are nearly all easier and equally healthy if made WITHOUT the airfryer. There are no photos of the cooking because I even wonder if these recipes ever made it to a real kitchen...........Lastly google Rebecca Dunlea. Clearly a ghost writer. No other books, no cooking experience no nothing. And of course, check out the publisher. Oh, there isn't one.....SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A REAL COOKBOOK. I'M SENDING THIS POS BACK.

No problem!
Thought I would take a chance and buy this cook book at a good savings....knowing what a cook book can look like after it has been used a while. Anyway, the one I received looks brand new and has a lot of good air fryer info. Can't improve on that.

I find food cooked this way tastes more juicy as the circulating heat seems to seal in the moisture. I am still experimenting and learning about it's proper use. So far my favorites are Air fried potato au gratin, chicken thighs, sausages, breaded pork chop and french fries. Lasagna is next!
