Q: Can I use this with Invisalign trays?

The Invisalign Whitening Pen can be used during Invisalign Treatment; we recommend allowing 15 minutes after application before reinserting your aligners or retainers. Please talk to your doctor prior to making any changes to their treatment recommendations.

Q: Will one turn of gel cover all front teeth?

This product is intended to last for 30 days when used daily, however, the exact number of uses per pen will depend on how much product is dispensed during each application.

Q: Can you use on teeth with Invisalign attachments glued on to or will it just whiten around the attachments and leave a stained spot on your teeth?

Since the type of composite used for attachments is determined by the doctor, some doctors may recommend waiting on whitening until after your treatment due to potential differences in enamel color where attachments are placed. Check-in with your doctor to see if this is a good option for you!

Q: Why do you need to wait 15mins? Wouldn’t wearing the retainer right away help the product stay on better?

We do not recommend wearing the aligner or retainer while the whitening solution is active as doing so may cause the surface of the aligner/retainer to become cloudy.
