It does what it’s supposed to do
My PT wanted me to get this as I had to discontinue future sessions due to my job, disability benefits, and high deductible that is reset every new year. She let me use this device in a session where the rubber bands were different colors. She put two bands on the device and I was fine. It was not difficult. When I first tried this device once delivered from Amazon, either a single red or yellow rubber band was too much. My hand got tired and borderline in pain after using it for 10 reps. I will continue to use it as it is simple to use and I hope to gain strength from using it. The device seems simple and well made. It should last as long as I need to.

Great kit - lousy bands
This is an editI originally gave this piece of kit five stars after I used it for a couple of days.However, after I used it for a few days more the red vans started popping/breaking in the relatively short time I have used it I have had two red bands and one yellow band break and I see no opportunities to order additional bands.Much more comfortable and effective than the upside-down V squeezers. The tension is across the whole hand.As good as the forearm machine at the gym
