Is this made of silicone? What is the material?

It’s silicone. But real talk Tammy , I don’t think it works that great. Now, if the plan is to use it for your, I’m not sure what I can call it here, but you know, your hootenanny, it’ll probably be fine but if this is for after, say, a #2, then you have to have a really powerful grip to get the force needed to clean effectively. It’s a great idea in principle, but in practice it’s kinda meh. The actual tushy is rad tho.
