Almost identical to one I use and love
I used the gray one for several years both on Trains and Airplanes as well as car trips and lounging in bed or sleeping in bed and I am now hooked on using them daily.I will pack the old one in carry on luggage so that it is never forgotten at home. Twice this year I forgot it and now I have backup.This new purchase is very similar to what I am used to, photo shows the light ivory one on the left that I am reviewing 3-5 minutes out of the compression wrap. I kneaded it some and it is usable right NOW!I PERSONALLY have years of experience using this type of travel pillow and I love the shape, size, Quality and delivery time of this travel pillow.I'll be using it daily and will update if I notice any negative at all. Right now this is a green light review to buy with confidence.

Great quality and substantial memory
Substantial and comfortable. Excellent price. I use these neck pillows all the time even when I’m sleeping in my own bed. I sleep much more comfortably with them and my last two had gotten pretty ragged. Good choice.

Nice and soft
As the product comes vacuum sealed, it took about 40 minutes for it to fluff up and be ready to use. It is very soft and the snap at the neck line was fine, I saw othered reports of damage, No damage here. The product feels nice and firm around the neck. The price was on point. The eye mask for me is just an extra, it’s not the greatest quality but it wasn’t the reason I bought the product anyway. Overall, I think it was a good choice for me and the price was great.

Zipper is not meant for washing
I am giving it 3 stars due to after using on a flight to Alaska a d back I washed per directions and the the zipper attachment came off and I am unable to get it back on.

Supports neck well!
I gave this to someone as a present and they loved it. It comes vacuum sealed in a small box, but after taking it out, it took about 12 hours to really get to its full shape. Very comfortable to wear, soft, supportive (supports the neck well), easy to use.
