Delicious😋
Delicious! It really works for me, it easy on the palate too! I like the taste of the dark chocolate besides the health benefits, low sugar & enough protein that doesn’t affect my daily recommended protein intake. It’s a smooth liquid drink without that aftertaste. I feel the quality of this brands, suits me better than all the rest.

It is possible to gain weight, or not?
Tastes great- like chocolate milk at grade school. 8 oz is 220 calories. It is designed to help aged sick folks gain weight. But I find, if I use it as a afternoon snack it replaces my body’s demand for much supper- with result I don’t GAIN, I just remove a need or interest for the meal. So no EXTRA calories results.

One way to drink this protein drink
Best for shakes with that dark rich chocolate! I blend bananas and vanilla ice cream and give it to my 95 year old father in law when he doesn’t want to eat. He has no problem topping this shake off. I also switch fruit around like strawberries are really great with chocolate.

These are tasty and satiate mid-morning hunger cravings. Not chalky or too watery at all. Price point per case could be a little better.
