Very nice product with 30% fewer calories and far more fiber than the sugared variety. My only complaint and it is a mild one is that the cherry flavor is rather weak.

These do not satisfy a sweet tooth and if you have a cavity forming, you will know it after eating this bar.

These are a little pricey, but are worth it. They do not have a huge impact on my blood glucose levels and they taste great.
