6'1" person and like this bench!
First and foremost - this is not an $800-$1000 gym bench. However, it's a great home bench. I'm 6'1" and this bench fits me well. I feel supported when using it and it comes 99% assembled. There are many adjustments (decline / incline) and it is sturdy. It is a little taller than most benches from what I have read - but I like that being taller. For the price - I love it. I'm not pressing 500lbs - I'm using dumbells and have no issues. I have a JayFlex bar that I use - but have no bar rack, but when using a spotter to hand me the bar - have had no issues with stability or comfort.

Exceeded expectations - very sturdy and the right height.
After reading many reviews and watching a number of review videos, I wasn't 100% sure this was the right bench for me, but it seemed to have all of the features I wanted. My biggest concern was how the previous generation was too tall. Some people thought it was not stable enough. Well, all I can say is that this version is exactly what I wanted! It feels just like a bench in a gym. It's easy to fold up to slide under a bed or into a closet. It is stable while using and is the right height. I really like all of the positions you can set it in - incline, decline, flat, plus the seat can be raised into a few different positions.Very happy with the bench!

Great bench, but.....
This is a great bench. Almost completely assembled, sturdy, good padding, easily adjusts, etc. The bench (when flat) could be an inch or two lower, seems a little high (I'm 5'-9") but not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker for me, is the seat padding when doing declines. The seat is narrow (which I could live with), but it has NO padding for the back of the knees. Look at this bench compared to others. Some others have padding that wraps around (kind of a 3/4 circle) on the front vertical face of the seat to protect the back of the knees. This bench does not. This causes too much tension and pressure on the backside of your knees and essentially makes this bench unusable for any decline position (ie. decline sit-ups). This bench would easily be a 5 star if not for this. If you don't care about declines, go for it, if you do, look for one with that wrap around padding along the front edge of the seat.

PERFECT where space is limited
The bench is solid - looks great, feels like "the real deal" as far as quality goes. My main concern was how much space it would take up folded and tucked away. This bench far exceeds all of my check boxes for stowability and quality at really any price point - feel like I got a great value. Attached photos of bench behind standard door and NFL football for size reference (I would have found this helpful while shopping). AWESOME, love it!

Great quality bench with one minor flaw.
The media could not be loaded. Day 1 Pros and Cons list:Pros-Easy to set up and break down-Basically assembled straight out of the box (minus the foot attachment)-Comfortable, sturdy, nice looking bench.Cons-The height (this may or may not apply to you. Everyone’s body is unique to their selves. Whether you have long legs or short legs, etc.)-Stability (the bench itself feels stable, but your ability to stabilize your body to the ground while performing exerting lifts might be affected due to the height of the bench)I’m not hating on this product, i'm genuinely happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to others. But I would be transparent about the cons.

Excellent Value Bench For The Money
FLYBIRD Workout Bench, Adjustable Weight Bench Foldable Strength Training Bench for Home. Solid bench. Padding thickness and height are perfect. Can't be beat for less than $200. Adjusts from flat to incline to decline literally in 1-2 seconds. With the foot pads it is also good for incline situps and crunches. Easily folds down to a very compact storage size. Very satisfying purchase.

Very sturdy and tall
No assemble required. I am 6'4" and it fits me well. It isn't as good as a $500 bench you find at the gym, but that's why I didn't buy one 🤑Did a dry run on doing hip thrusters, Bulgarian split squats and pullovers and the height works a lot better than my old gold's gym Walmart special. Stability is 100% better than old bench as well. Very happy with it so far. Time will tell. I will update if I become disappointed.

Gets the job done
Have had for almost a year and it does the job. The back rest is a little short for twller folks like myself (6’2”). Overall, its pretty sturdy. Another conplaint is the foot hold. Wasnt built right. But for everyday lifting this thing is alright.
