Q: Tell me about the usefulness as an audio editor control surface. i use reaper as my primary daw. would i be able to map all features to functions?

Ha! this device is unlike the others, each button is unique in shape and size and allocation and that in itself helps create a "mental map" from which draw to control the device without the need to even glance at the box to make sure you're clicking the right button. It doesn't take much longer than a week or two for this to become a second nature. I would suggest to start with a single application to familiarize or get the hang of it. I use for Magix Vegas pro 18, Photoshop, Insta360 Videos Studio, Corel Movie studio ultimate, even an old Magix Music studio and I use it also with Gomplayer for video watching and with this device I can slow the video, zoom, move the video up down left and right. Programing the box with each application is a cinch. Just make the application you're programing is open/active. Hope this helps.

Q: possible configure Knob/Dial for horizontal scroll? No the right and left keys, but real horizontal scroll, the opposite of vertical scroll in mice..

Not that I've seen. Pretty much anything you can do with a keyboard shortcut is possible, but what you are talking about seems like an arrow key duplication. I don't see it in the menu.

Q: Does this work with blender or unreal/unity engines?

Thank you for reaching out. Actually all the software with shortcuts could be operated by TourBox, and you could take good advantages of TourBox to facilitate your workflow in 3D programs, such as Unreal Engine and Blender. Regarding the Unreal Engine, there are many functions which are not assigned with the default shortcuts, but you could customize the shortcuts on your own and map them into TourBox. And the brush can also be operated by the Knob on TourBox. For the Blender, especially in the animation functions, you could assign the shortcuts to operate the timeline, navigate frame by fame, go to previous/next edit point, etc. However, if you want to pan and orbit in the program, it could only function by using the mouse. Q: What if you draw with your left hand, can you use this with your right hand comfortably?

It's intended for left-hand use, but I don't see any reason you couldn't learn to use it right-handed. Might be slightly less-efficient, but honestly unless you're ambidextrous you probably wouldn't notice.
