Complete disappointment
I ordered a 6 pack of chocolate frogs for a special Harry Potter dinner. We excitedly opened them at the end of dinner and every single frog was completely melted and stale. And every single pack had the same wizard card - Merlin - so even that couldn’t save these treats! We ordered these in November so they didn’t melt in transit and seemed to have melted long ago. Complete waste of money and no opportunity for return or refund!
