Mistral's owner was inspired by the particular flavor profile of his favorite whiskey when creating the bourbon vanilla fragrance. Bourbon vanilla is also a type of vanilla from Madagascar so the fragrance incorporates both the flavor profile of bourbon and a unique type of vanilla from the country of Madagascar.
