Great fit, works well and very easy to install.
Perfect replacement for my 2008 LR Range Rover SC. 1. Safely prop up the rear hatch 2. Remove the old shock/strut by prying open the clip on each end using a small flathead screwdriver. 3. Before installing the new shock, you may need to turn the head of the new shock as the mounting positions may be opposite on your vehicle. You can use a pair of pliers or adjustable wrench to hold one end while twisting the other. My mounting positions were opposite directions on my car and they come out of the package facing the same direction. 4. Install the new shock on the larger end car mount side first. 5. The new shock/strut will too tight to expand or compress by hand, so in order to install the other end you will need to maneuver the rear hatch position up or down to align with the mounting point. 6. Once aligned pop the smaller end onto the hatch mount side. 7. Repeat for the other side This item comes with 2 shocks and look identical and will fit on either side. Once installed, the hatch will spring up faster than your old ones so for the first few weeks/months depending on how much you use your hatch, so you may want to guide it open with your hand at first.

Great fit and easy to install
I replaced the rear hatch lift arms on my 2008 L322 Range Rover. These came quickly and were super easy to install all it took was a screw driver to pop the old clamps off and a kid to hold the hatch open while I swapped them out. They are considerably stronger than my old shot ones. I was worried at first that they were too strong. The hatch would fly up very hard. After two weeks they have settled in to exactly the right tension.

Tailgate Rear Hatch Lift Supports Shock Struts Replacement for full size Land Rover Range Roger L322
They work perfectly and lift the rear hatch no problems. The originals ones were getting weak and they hatch would slowly come down. Installation literarily takes 5 mins. You just need a flat screwdriver to pop off the wire clip from the two ends, then you just pop the new ones in with a little force by hand. I recommend these!
