Scratch easily
Beautiful pan. Lovely color. Love the handles. Very solid did not Warp. I used it on Thanksgiving to roast my turkey with the rack that they supplied. After I took my turkey out my pan was scratched all the way down to the metal where the rack feet were. Why would you send me your product that was going to destroy the main products that I desperately wanted? Maybe some rubber feet on the rack would be nice. But tell people it is going to scratch the first time you use it. Too tired of sending things back I guess I will live with it and hope that it does not affect the wonderful non-stick service. My advice throw out the rack. I have a rubber-coated one I would have used that. I don't know why they sent this I should have known better. Shame on me

one use and the finish was ruined
When the pan arrived, it looked great. First use was roughly 4 months later. After one use, for a prime rib roast, following all the instructions that were sent with the pan, the non-stick finish was ruined in several spots. I reached out to the vendor and heard nothing back. So while the purchase was beyond the return window the seller did not stand behind their product with any kind of support.

Missing 2 RIVOTS on the one handle causing the pan to leak
The rivots that hold the handle on the one side only has 2 rivots when the other has 4 !!! This upset me due to the fact when I pulled my Turkey out of the oven due to the holes it leaked all over my jeans and shoes and my floor !!!!!! NOT A HAPPY GUY !!!! Greasy oily juice on jeans and shoes is NOT GOOD !!!!

Kind of chintzy
Very lightweight and little handles hang at the ends so more difficult to pick up a hot pan. Sent it back.
