This meets all my needs for video calls or when I want to stream a show or podcast. Sound is excellent and allows for increasing or decreasing of volume. Very pleased with this product.

I've been using the Jounivo USB speaker/microphone for about 2 weeks as part of my work-from-home setup (Employer-supplied Dell laptop running Windows 10). I plugged it in and Windows immediately recognized it; no drivers to download or software to install. It works great with Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams. People on our conference calls have no trouble hearing me nor do I them. You can mute/unmute the speaker and microphone and control the speaker volume with handy controls on top of the unit; all it takes is a light tap with your fingertip. While the sound is definitely not Hi-Fi, it's more than adequate for conference calls. I have no complaints at all about this product.

I bought a handful of these from different brands. Microphone works for all. No issues there. It is the speaker that really matters.This is the only one out of many that can output 24 bits. The rest outputs at 16 bits. Therefore the quality of the sound is better than the rest. However, the loudness is better than most but not loud enough.

No regrets - it wins over even professional full-size setups like Cisco.Clear sound, static/noise free, plug-n-play (important feature if using firewalled or USB locked computers at work)Pro-Tip for One-Star Reviewers: if sound is distorted - change the audio output frequency to a standard 16-bit 44kHz in Windows settings. The audio specification is listed in the manual. I hope the manufacturer reads this and adds it this to instructions to avoid the future negative reviews :)

Waste of time and money. I spent hours trying to get the speakerphone portion of it to work only to find that the mic does not work either. Amazon sent me a replacement to try, the microphone on the second one also does not work. The troubleshooting steps in the manual are useless. So I contacted the support email for the seller and they never responded. I do not recommend. I did however purchase the Emeet M0 and that one works great for working from home and compatible with teams. I recommend that brand for the same similar price point.
