These work really well for anyone who struggles with looser stool and needs a higher fiber intake. The recommended dose is 5 pills each time. I had to kind of work my way up to that but now I pop 5 in, chug some water, and I’m GOOD to go. DO NOT overdo it. Follow recommended dosage.

A basic budget option for glasses. Just decent quality, nothing more. But they didn’t work for me. I’m looking for something better in terms of material.

I take 6 of these every day 3 in the morning and 3 in the evenings. They keep me cleaned out without taking any harsh chemicals.....I have a normal bowel movement and no more constipation or cramping. Each bottle comes with 180 veg caps....these are USDA organic and Non GMO....I've been taking these for 3 months now and no more OTC drugs....support for healthy digestive system.

So far so good! Another reviewer mentioned its harmful and complained the pictures didn’t give the warnings. In my opinion this reviewer didn’t fully explain what they were referring too so I looked at my bottle. There is a reproduction harm warning under the California PS65 act. I’m not from CA, way past my child bearing years and don’t know enough about the PS65 act. If this is of serious concern then buyer beware, if not I find the product to do what it needs to do without cramping or other uncomfortable side effects.

I had been using psyllium fiber powder, but was tired of drinking cardboard tasting liquid! SO I decided to try these. They seem to work for me just as well as the powder. However, I agree with the other reviewers who said that 5 capsules 1-2x per day seems like a lot. I have been taking 3 capsules once a day and it works great.

The listing didn’t show any image of the back which has the Hazard Warnings for the lead and other reproductive harm content!!! I ordered 4 packs with 2 bottles in each and now stick with the Un-returnable product which costs a lot! Now that’s absolutely misleading to hide such important danger earning! That’s harmful to health! Please refund this order! We don’t want to use the product that didn’t disclose the extremely harmful substances in its content! This listing must have another side of the product shown clearly, in order not to lie to customers!!!!! I just noticed so many other reviews state the same!!!! Please refund this order that we can NOT USE, due to EXTREME DANGER TO HEALTH!

It may be TMI but for me these help regulate bowels. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night. 5 at a time seemed excessive so I started with 2 and they still do the job.
