IF YOU LIKE A SOFT PILLOW, ESPECIALLY DOWN/FEATHER, YOU DON'T WANT THIS ONE!!!
i bought this pillow, unfortunately, about a few weeks ago. They stated it was such great pillow... Yeah right!!! I doubted that it was down/feather, but I think they put so much cotton around the down/feather it is so heavy (4 lbs.) and VERY hard that you will feel that you bought a very cheap pillow. It is uncomfortable and hard. And GOD forbid you take it out of it's plastic to feel it (don't let them know that, considering with the heavy plastic covering their is no other way to feel how hard or soft it is,) they will NOT let you return it because they will tell you that it has been used and unreturnable. So, if you're looking for a soft, down/feather pillow... THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT!!! WARNING... DO NOT GET IT THEY WON'T LET YOU RETURN IT!
