Wonderfully emollient. Unusual, clean, beautiful scent. Paraben-free. Old-fashinoned methods used in crafting.

Mine turns to wax and will not soak in at all..very disappointed.

I also love this hand cream. My favorite thing is how rich and (super) thick it is (almost the consistency of, say, margarine), leaving my hands smooth and with a slight "dewy" looking gleam for hours. The oil or shea butter in it does not just evaporate. I cannot describe the fragrance, but I love it. All I can say is that I tend to love fresh fruit and cucumber scents, rather than heavy florals or spices. This sea fennel scent is NEITHER of those, but I think of it as "fresh" and not heavy. Very unique and wearable. I also tested the citrus "Provence" scent at the store and loved it too. By contrast, I cannot wear the Lancome body lotion I just got (La vie est belle) because I find it overpowering. By the way, I did not see any initial discoloration in the cream--my tube was perfect from the start.

This is a thick, beautifully smelling cream that keeps your hands moisturized for hours. Because it's so thick, you only need a bit- I should also add, it's not at all greasy feeling. The smell kind of reminds me of an old perfume- Calvin Klein Obsession, which my mom wears- so I have a special affinity for the way this cream smells. One thing is- it starts yellow in the tube and then after 2-3 uses becomes white. Other than that- perfect. It's 2.3 oz and is very reasonably priced considering L'Occitane hand creams go for $10 for 1 oz.Keep it in the bathroom. Use it in the winter after washing your hands. You'll be happy.

La texture est beaucoup trop épaisse. Même en massant longtemps, la crème est impossible à faire pénétrer. Elle laisse un film blanc sur la peau. Le pire, c'est qu'elle n'hydrate même pas ! Mes mains sont toujours aussi sèches trois heures après application. En plus, elle ne sent pas franchement bon. Bref, cette crème est nulle. Je l'ai jetée après la première utilisation.
