The Closer - Complete Collection - Series 1 - 7

This is one of my Favourite TV Series. I was thrilled to be able to get the Box Set as I haven't seen it for years. If you love a good Cop Show, then this is for you. Great value and excellent quality. Runs perfectly in Ireland.

Plays in English and all other available languages. Don't worry about the German text on the box - save yourself the ~£20 and get this version over the UK equivalent.

We are delight with this Region 2 set, especially as it has English subtitles as well as the audio. The menu is easy to navigate and the picture quality first class.

Brilliant police crime series. Great humour in it too. The characters are wonderful and the actors play each one really well hence they gel excellently together. Kyra Sedgewick (or Mrs Kevin Bacon) is absolutely fantastic in the role. It's sad that she called it a day at the end of series 7 but the main characters continued in a spin off series called Major Crimes which I have purchased also and would recommend too.Sadly the Cover is in German as is all the information on each DVD case. The dvds are in English.

Yes, the discs play ok in English- you have to go into the menu for each one to do so, and also for English subtitles. Overall it’s a good deal - I’ve just knocked a star off due to some episodes playing a little bit dark, and there doesn’t seem to be a menu option to increase the brightness. Doesn’t really bother me , but my wife doesn’t like a dark picture.

one of my fave series ever! even though the packaging is german the dvd plays originial audio just fine, in case anyone wonders.

Thoroughly enjoying this boxed set. I didn't realise when I bought it that it wasthe precursor to Major Crimes, which I also enjoy very much. It's a little dated,obviously and some of the episodes are a bit TOO silly. However, on the wholeit's enjoyable and easy watching. Very happy with this purchase.

I really enjoy watching these DVDs for the closer. Good show content and the characters compliment each other.Love this sitcom but they took of off TV

For someone who enjoys series binging this series is long and enjoyable. People don't realize that there is actually a second part of the series called MAJOR CRIMES. If you want a series that goes on and on this is the one for you. There is 7 years for CLOSER and 6 years for MAJOR CRIMES.
