Soooo, I have rosácea, am lactose intolerant, and a plant based eater. I recently went on a trip and ate and drank all my bad triggers for my skin like red wine and dairy. which resulted in cystic acne and constant intestinal discomfort. I also have used antibiotics so I though I better clean myself out. I must have needed this so bad because my body had extreme side effects, I had chills, loose stool, and extreme nausea just 20 min after taking one pill on an empty stomach. I fell asleep still in terrible pain and woke up 5 hours later with a "cool"/cold feeling in my stomach... and I looked in the mirror and I had absolutely no bloat to my stomach at all and no pain. I haven't seen my stomach so flat in months. Will definitely continue to use this. The following day I still felt slightly nauseated but I truly believe this is detoxing my body faster than my body can handle. I never knew probiotics were this strong. (My friend took the same pill with no side effects she took care of me through those horrible hours following my dose.) And my rosácea is slightly less red this morning.

Have only taken this product for 10 days on the advice from my doctor, but so far it seems to be helping the digestive issues I have been experiencing. I have had no adverse reactions to the product. Was paying double for a less effective product that was eventually discontinued. Have been so happy with how my stomach feels. Thank you Doctor!This product has 50 billion units. Thats an awesome number of units. Not all units always survive in the body so the more units the probiotics pill has the more chance there is of some of those units getting to the gut and forming healthy colonies. Secondly the product has 14 strains. That is a great number of strains, and they are all very beneficial strains. The more strains you have the more chance you have of getting the strain that you might be deficient in, into your gut. Overall this is a great balance in the number of units and the number of strains!I have taken other probiotics before, but this one seems to give me the best results for the price. Would absolutely recommend this product.

It has been more than a week since I have been taking this probiotic product from Nutrients Hub. It caught my attention when I saw the Colony-Forming Units (CFU) count and the Strains. For me probiotic is all about rebalancing my gut bacteria. I need a probiotic with high CFU count and multiple strains.50 Billion CFUs with 14 strains is an amazing combination. Very hard to find a probiotic product with more than 9 strains. I was looking for formula with a minimum of 40 billion CFUs and at least 11 strains. Having 14 strains with this supplement is amazing. More strains will leave me with a very healthy gut and stop bacteria better.It is not the first time I have been using Nutrients Hub products. Their price and quality is always a perfect combination with comparison to other sellers available in Amazon. Simply the best.

It truly is amazing what the different strains do, and having 14 of them is fantastic.I take this daily, but when I was on "industrial strength" antibiotics, it really messed up my guts. I doubled up on these probiotics for a couple of weeks and it fixed me up when traditional tummy remedies did nothing.Both of my cats have sensitive digestive systems and this keeps them feeling great and having healthy bms. I make their food myself and I add one capsule of this pery 10 servings.It helps keep out guts balanced - solved constipation as well as diarrhea!

This is my second purchase of probiotics. I will give a full review after 4 months. As for now I feel that my immune system became stronger, as I did not catch the colds that plagued our office for over a month. I am experiencing some bloating and may back down to one tablet every other day. Question: Do you list the substrains anywhere on the packaging? I would be interested in finding this out.

I have tried many probiotics ,I have anxiety problems ,but with several strains of bacteria my nervesHave gotten better, and after a month on anti biotics and being very sick I am slowly seeing improvementYou have to be patient it could take a month or more to rebalance your stomac I have been told.

Have only been using for a short amount of time, less than 2 weeks at the current time of this review, but have already noticed a difference. Less audible sounds coming from the intestines, and a bit less bloated feeling. Seems to be helping, will add more after using for a longer stretch of time. And the customer service was great, received a few less than the 30 count of the capsules, and they got right on it to take care of the issue, which will make me purchase again in the future.
