They were not a great purchase. It was a waste of money and time.

My wife took these and overall she gave a positive recommendation. Easy to take capsules and there’s no issue with taking them daily with your regular supplements. She has no complaints about how she feels and there have been negative effects. She feels more balanced and we are hopeful that things will continue to improve.

I wouldn't have bought it if I had known what the extra ingredients were included. The silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate are a no for me. No point in returning since it was only $5 anyways.The ingredients that I listed are no for me because I usually open four capsules into either oatmeal or a protein shake. It tastes bitter.

Bottled came expired

A few months had my mirena removed and my periods were all over the place! I am planning to start trying to conceive. I saw these pills and thought they were just what I needed!They turned out to be a godsend!
