NutraStim Thickening Hair Mousse – 5 oz. Concentrate – For Men + Women

I was torn between giving this three stars or four, so let's say it's a solid 3.5. The product isn't bad. It recommends three to four pumps, depending on hair length. With my hair to my shoulders, four pumps was way too much. I don't know that my hair looks thicker per se. The mousse gives my hair more texture so it doesn't lie so flat. However, what makes me not give this product a solid four is that it doesn't foam up like most mousses. It's kind of liquidy, which makes it hard to manage. For example, I like to lift my hair at the crown and rub mousse into my scalp there to give the back of my head nice body. I can't do that with this mousse. Unfortunately because of that, I don't think I'd buy this again.

Never been one to spend much time on my hair, it is fine and straight with medium thickness. Unless I am doing something special I am kinda of a wash and go person. I always wish I had more lift and body around my scalp, with natural fullness. Other products I have tried left my hair feeling stiff not soft so did not have much faith this product would work to my liking either. Much to my very happy surprise "Nutrastim, thickening treatment mousse" works GREAT on my hair with very little effort. After I shampoo all I need is 1-2 pumps on my towel dried hair, flip my hair over and partially blow dry (mostly around scalp area), flip back up, brush ends and go. It gives me a fuller natural look and last till my next wash. I did receive this product for an honest review and have also purchased another bottle of "Nutrastism, thickening treatment mousse" so that I have one in my bathroom and one in my gym bag. Great product!!!!

It does the job. I use a small blob, rub it and apply it mostly concentrating on the roots. I have fine, thin, long hair.It does add an element of thickness but hair does not "flow" as nicely- I have tried to reduce the amount but then it is not enough to do the job.The stickiness is not bad- i think i could get used to it. I want a simple regimen and using this helps me achieve that.so my regimen now is - shampoo + conditioner + nutrastim a small nubbin to towel dried hair + elujeda oil -> hair dry and off!hope it works for you too!!

Amazing! Far exceeded my expectations.. I have been looking for a Hair Product that will actually work on my ," Flat Top ". I have now only used this Product once and the next morning my Hair is still not flat. .. You can also just rearrange and lift Your Hair using Your Fingers .. rubbing the root area and lift Hair , the Hair stays in place , but not stiff ..Best Body and Volume on any Product I've tried.. (many) . I'm always a little skeptical trying something else that makes these Promises..Which is why I'm writing this Review ..will definitely recommend Nutrastim to a few of my Friends battling the same Hair frustrations daily.

It's not clear to me that you advertise your Mousse as hypoallergenic, but Amazon certainly put your product in that category. I'm allergic to many hair products, so I took the advertisement seriously before I spent $18.00. But as it turns out, it isn't hypoallergenic, and after putting up with it for two days I gratefully washed it out. Now my bright red itching ears and scalp can calm down, and so can I.If you're allergic, don't buy this no matter what category Amazon puts it in.

A little goes a long way. Just one and 1/2 to two pumps max. Does seem to add volume to my hair and does not dry out my scalp. Will keep using.

The fragrance in this product is very perfume-y and is definitely on the feminine side. I have short, fine hair, and while the product does seem to add volume I can't get past the smell.
