Flat.
Too flat for my 20 month old. She's been sleeping on a rolled up blanket and would need 2 of these to make the equivalent.

Super thin
The pillow is really flat. It feels like one of those pads that you out a 3 month old on when u want to lay them on the floor. They looked puffy in the pic and the description describes them much thicker the. What they really are. Will be returning. This may be good for a smaller baby but not my 18 month old twins
