Super comfortable for all day wear. Easy to set up and space saving with only a dongle and charging cord. Sound quality isn't the greatest but I use for call center work and teams calls, not music, so it does the job. Switches between Genesys and Teams with no issues. Range seems fine but I haven't really tested it's limits. I have yet to lose connection though. Would give 5 stars if the mute was easier, the button is small and on the back of the earpiece. My previous headset muted by raising the mic boom. Battery has lasted through my normal 8 hour shift all but 1 time, which may or may not have been my fault in charging. Would be better if you could charge while wearing if the battery does require charging while headset is needed.
