Sharpness
The media could not be loaded. I am using this kitchen knife for more than three months, it's easy to use and clean, it's light weight, sharpness is still great and handle grip is good, it is good overall for long term.

Good - Light weight, very sharp.Not so Good - slippery plastic handle, rivets from handle poking out, thin steel material, missing grooves on blade making material being sliced stick to the blade
