This is my favorite pad. I usually have a very heavy flow, and if I use any other pad, I have to change it every 2 to 3 hours to avoid overflow from the sides and making a mess. However, with Always Radiant, I can go about 4 hours with a size 4 and up to 6 hours at night with a size 5, knowing that it won’t leak from the sides.
