OK For Light Duty - bad design
We bought this item as an inexpensive vehicle for occasional use with capability to haul groceries, etc. It will probably meet this use, but just barely. If you are considering this item, be aware that this is best used on level roads at low speeds. The rated top safe speed is 10 km/hr (~6 mph), and the brakes on this trike will probably not stop you at higher speeds. As a preface to this review, I am very good with tools and have a very complete set, and have owned and worked on several 10-speed bikes over the years.Ease of assembly – the manual suggests 130 minutes. This assembly took me about 8 hours. The pictures in the printed manual are hard to decipher; a lot of the photos are black on black (hard to distinguish parts due to lack of contrast) and not very detailed. The online video is ~ 7 minutes long and does not add much. Some of the subsidiary parts (reflectors, bolts, etc) that were shipped do not match the instruction photo, so you will have to figure it out. You will need tools that are not included. Unless you are good with tools and know how bikes work, plan on taking this to a bike shop and paying them to assemble. There were no missing parts, but there were several defects out of the box:One of the innertubes would not hold air and had to be replaced at bike shop. The chain guard mounts were bent and had to be put back in place so that the chain did not rub on the mounts. The rear fender mounts were way out of line, and it was necessary to bend the mounting bracket to have them over the rear wheels.Design Defects:The design for the front brake calipers (see photo) seems to be unworkable – I spent well over an hour trying to adjust and do not see anyway that the design could work. Only the rear brake will work. The front fender support rubs on the back control cables, preventing freely turning the front wheel. Was able to fix this with a tie wrap, but really?Only one of the rear wheels engages with the axle. At low speeds maybe the skew is not a problem, but does cut braking efficiency in half. Could easily redesign so that both wheels engage the drive axle. The basket is supposed to be held together with bent metal strips, which would be very difficult and have sharp edges. I used six small tie wraps which worked fine.Summary: I give this item a 2 because it was inexpensive and probably meets minimum requirements, but only a 2 because so many problems and inferior design.Update: The seller responded quickly and agrees that they will change the design so that future bikes have both rear wheels engaged with the drive axle. They claim that the front brakes can be made to work - I will make one more attempt at this. They claim that 4,000 bikes they have assembled have never had a problem with front fender support rubbing on control cables. I obviously cannot verify this claim.Seller responded quickly to my review andhave compensated me for the defective innertube and the general aggravation of assembly. So I rated their customer service at 4 stars.

Missing parts
This is a very nice bike. The only issue was some missing bolts. It caused delays in the assembly.

Made my daughter so happy!
Surprised my autistic daughter with this trike. Was supposed to be purple but I didn't make sure. My brother came over and put it together, instructions weren't that helpful. Even tho it was the wrong color, she was thrilled and has lost 20 lbs. She loves it, good construction, bad assembly directions, wrong color but still was great.

Wife likes it.
A bit difficult to assemble and the gloves that included were not. Also, needed more pictures of the derailer and perhaps a diagram. Otherwise, the finished product was very good and most important the wife loves it and gets her out of the house.

gear part problem
After my bike was assembled, I discovered that part of the back gears was misshapened, a bit bent. A local bike shop was able to replace the part. Once I explained my disappointment to Sibosen they offered to help me by sending a new bike or some recompense for the repair. I chose the later. Once the bike was repaired it has worked wonderfully. I have balance issues and can not ride a regular bike, so I am enjoying riding this bike almost daily. It is so much fun. I still would advise someone who is not mechanically gifted to make sure you have a local bike shop that will agree to put it together once you receive it. I appreciate Sibosen's follow up to my complaint.

Sub-par; can be ridden if you know how to fix or replace the broken / missing parts
Box was damaged / partially open upon delivery. Parts were missing (fender supports) and some screws were the incorrect size. We were able to overcome that with parts obtained from older bikes, but when it was put together and ridden, the chain broke during the first ride and the bike had to be walked back home. This was a CHEAP substitution for a product that my family was really looking forward to seeing my autistic daughter ride.

Nice looking bike
This bike is nice and sturdy looking but was a pain to put together. The chain did not go together and had to be taken to a bike shop to repair after it broke on the first ride. It is definitely a different ride than a two wheel bike. This was purchased for my mother and she is having a hard time riding it.

Missing parts. Bent sprocket. Problems addressed
This order had some missing parts. Fortunatly they were easily accessed at Home Depot and a local bicycle shop. The pedal sprocket was bent. The manufacturer offered to replace the sprocket free of charge. That was a reasonable solution given the size of the product. The assembly took some time but the video online was extremely helpful.
