it work for what I want
poor case broken during shipment so I had to get a new case and sort them out because it was a lose bag of screws and nuts about 3hrs. of work.

Washers are not removable
Each screw comes with flat and locking washers preinstalled. The inner diameter of the flat washer is smaller than the outer diameter of the screw threads, so the flat washer, and the locking washer behind it, can't be removed.
