We love the table but had to return it. The rustic oak is beautiful, and it was easily assembled by one person. It arrived without assembly instructions, but the extension mechanism is smooth and seamless. However, the table is too short for us (we’re tall), regardless of how low the chair is. The extra undercarriage for the extension limits legroom, causing our legs to hit the bottom, and the spider legs pose an additional problem. Overall, the table is lovely, but a counter-height version would be ideal for us. Will order more items from this store.

Nice looking table, easily expandable. Arrived in three boxes, well packaged, all were heavy. (Table legs are steel.) I rated the table 4-stars for ease of assemble, but this is not a fault - just a recommendation. Two people are required, and the unit is designed to be sturdy, so there are many screws to install. Predrilled holes line up well, you may set one holding screw while aligning other panels. The legs have a heavy diamond shaped brace that is installed between the legs - be sure not to tighten the legs to the table before placing the brace (not even hand tight.) Also recommend that before installing the pins and sleeves into the extension shelves, set them in the table to match the wood grain patterns. I did notice this foible that is not mentioned in the instructions, and could result in a less than desirable finish when extended.

This comes in three boxes. One of mine was severely damaged. The vendor sent a replacement with me having to return everything.I highly recommend having another person help with the legs. The instructions say to put them on before you add the connecting piece. I found it much easier to connect them THEN add to the table.I ripped one of the screws out when trying to put the connecting piece on while the legs were attached. So, I had to repair that part.

Update-Manufacturer reached out and replace the part with the crack. It’s perfect so far! Great customer service.*************One of the main table top pieces came damaged with a crack in it.

We love the look of our new table. We wanted a table that could extend for large family dinners and shrink back down to fit only our family of 4. This is perfect. The color is great and it not overly modern. It goes well with our remodeled open concept. We ordered black chairs to go with it and could not be happier and we have received so many compliments on it already. The table unfortunately arrived damaged on the two corners. The shipping box looked just fine so we think it could have been dropped which caused the damaged. Contacted the seller about the damage and they responded within one day. Emailed them pictures as requested and they replied back within minutes to say they were replacing the board and they would be shipping in a day and received within 2-4. Customer services was spot on. We look forward to getting replacement boards that are not damaged so we can enjoy our new table.

This table is nice! It can be extended with one finger. Everything about it seems so nice.
