LEMBig Bite Tilt Meat Mixer (25-LB)

I make my dogs food (a mixture of ground beef, chicken, turkey, eggs w/ the shell fruit, vegetables, chicken hearts and livers) I have been mixing this with a Rachel Ray tool that somewhat resembles a potato masher. It worked but was hard work on my 69 yr. old (recently broken) arm, I knew there had to be a better way, well- this is it! The "tilt" feature is great for adding ingredients and the crank is super easy to turn with 20 lbs,of food in it. EASY TO CLEAN? WELL? PLEASE DESIGN ONE THAT WILL FIT IN THE DISHWASHER!USE AN EDIBLE OIL (COCONUT, OLIVE OIL TO COAT INSIDE -NOT POISONOUS SILICONE,AS MANUFAVTURER SUGGESTS!

Easy to clean

After waiting nearly three weeks for the product to arrive, it came with a BIG DENT. Sadly I have no time to wait for another one.Very disappointing indeed.Now, I have used this for the past 15 months, and this has happened (see image). I use this at most once per month. I only use it to make one product, which is sausage rolls. The meat is already minced, and I add my seasoning and mix.Very disappointing indeed!Buyers beware of quality issues.

This mixer was more than I wanted to spend but it exceeded my expectations. Heavy duty, well built and connected right up with my grinder. Clear cover for safety both from putting fingers in (which would be very bad) and splashing. Adjustable feet. Hand crank included.

Do you need it? Probably not. But does it sure make life easier. Even compatible with some of your LEM grinders for hands free powered mixing. Also works with my MEAT! Brand mixer.
