I am pretty sure these aren't "sterile" as indicated in the listing. They definitely do not come in sterile packaging as they are all packaged together in a plastic pouch that is not sealed. Typically sterile sponges are individually packaged to prevent contamination so I am not sure why the listing claims they are sterile
