The first dispenser I received did not work. I contacted Cassie in customer service. She walked me through several areas to check. The dispenser was still not working. Cassie immediately resent another dispenser. That one works like a dream! Thanks to Cassie for her awesome customer service skills.

Very nice finish and easy operation. The only thing that brings this down to 3 stars is the shut-off. It drips soap into the sink every time you pull your hand away.

Works great and has multi settings for a little or a lot of soap dispensed, sensor works great. Purchased as gift for new mom .... Buying another for my house I loved it so much!

Directions very simple but product never worked as stated. When hand put under sensor the soap would just keep pouring out non stop! What a mess. Product looks good but a little pricey for what you get.

It stopped working and we have taken it apart and can't find out why it stopped working also I wrote back awhile ago and didn't get and answer so I tried a different brand that plugs in no batteries I am going have stock in soap dispenser thanks again for no answer about this product

I really like this product looks very nice in my bathroom. I have chrome/gold faucets in there. You wont be disappointed.

I have had this less than 3 months and it stopped working.I wanted to give an updated rating as it is only fair. When the seller viewed my comments, they got in touch with me immediately and offered to replace the product. I received the replacement product and I have no complaints, it works great. I want to also give the company kudos for caring so much about customer service. I wish more companies today cared that much.I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars.

it is not dispencing automatic

I am very happy with this soap dispenser. It works as advertised. It is necessary to be a bit careful with it though. My daughter had filled an older one of these with liquid soap and unknowingly exposed the infrared sensor to direct sunlight; this permanently fouled up the operation of the sensor.We won't make that mistake again.

It is Ok only it is not stopping after couple of second. It drops to Mitch.
